Q: Can my revenue payments be paid by direct deposit to my bank?

A: By completing an EFT Authorization form your account will be set up for Direct Deposit. If you have a change of bank or account number, a new EFT Authorization form must be completed. The completed EFT form must be accompanied by a voided check or your Bank’s Account Verification letter.

Address Change

Q: How do I change my mailing address?

A: You should advise us of your new address either by regular mail or email. Include your full name and Owner Number.

Change of Ownership

Q: How do I change ownership due to death of an owner?

A: Please contact our Land Department. You will be asked if the deceased had a Will that was probated. If there is not a Probated Will, you will be asked to provide an Heirship Affidavit completed by someone who is not related to you. A copy of the Death Certificate is also required. You will be advised of the next steps by the Land Department.

Name Change

Q: What do I provide if my name has changed?

A: If your name has changed due to marriage or divorce, a copy of the marriage certificate or divorce decree is required.
